Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

La Poste is the sole delivery method. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order.
For France, the delivery times indicated by La Poste are 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the package is dispatched.
Outside of France, the delivery times indicated by La Poste are 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the package is dispatched.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is sent to the customer 48 hours after the order is placed. It can be used directly on the store to track the delivery progress of the package.

Order Modification or Cancellation

Customers can cancel or modify their order within 2 hours after purchase. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped without the possibility of modification.

Delivery Issues

Princess Manjikai Shop is not responsible for any delays, theft, or damage to the package. These responsibilities lie with the parcel delivery service.
